Please note that frozen soft serve samples cannot be accepted via standard drop-off points. To ensure fair judging, all soft serve entries must be provided fresh on the day.

Entrants in the soft serve class will be required to bring their van to the ICA Head Office in Derby on a scheduled day between 7th and 9th January 2026, where the soft serve will be tested blind by our expert judges. This ensures every sample is assessed fairly and consistently, with no compromise to quality or integrity.

Full details, including exact timings and instructions for preparing your soft serve, will be provided closer to the event. Please read and follow these rules carefully to guarantee your entry is eligible.
